Aretê Leotards offers a 30 day no-quibble returns policy on all gymnastics leotards and other products*
We hope you love your new leotard but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with the hygiene sticker in place and tags still attached (you may even be able to re-use the mail bag you received your order in to send it back you us, if it hasn’t been shredded by a very excited gymnast!). Please return the item to us at Aretê Leotards, 131 Locks Road, Hants, SO31 6LJ, with the returns note (don't forget to include your order details on the form, so we can action it immediately). To help us try to understand what customers like you like and why they may send an item back, please tell us the reason for the return/exchange – we would be really grateful for this. We would also ask that you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that a return is on its way - that way we can keep an eye out for it and process it as soon as possible.
We do not offer a free returns policy and recommend that you use Royal Mail Signed For® as “items are covered against loss or damage up to the sum of £50 or the value of the item”, or obtain some proof of postage when returning items to us, as you are responsible for any returned goods until we are in receipt of them. It will also ensure you are protected should your parcel be damaged or lost transit. Please also note that you, the customer, is responsible for all postage costs for refunds or exchanges, unless the item is faulty – postage costs will only be refunded in the case of a fault.
We are also happy to exchange products, if you need to swap the size/colour; as above, all products must be returned unused and in original packaging and you, the customer, will be charged for the postage of the new item.
Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. In the unfortunate event that you find that an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to make us aware, as we would like to rectify any issues for you immediately.
We aim to process returns as soon as we receive them, however, please allow up to 7 working days for refunds, as we cannot guarantee how quickly they will be processed by the banks/PayPal.
* Please note that the following items are exempt from being returned:
- Personalised or custom bespoke designs cannot be exchanged unless faulty, therefore, please ensure you purchase the correct size, colour, design etc at the original time of ordering;
- Gift cards;
- Sale items - only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded unless there are faulty.
Aretê Leotards complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015; stock items bought online may be returned up to 14 days after the date of receipt, subject to them being brand new, unworn, and in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights or the right to return faulty goods.
