Shipping Information

We use Royal Mail for all your gymnastics leotards orders, and deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Once orders are placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email; when  your order is dispatched you will receive parcel tracking details.

UK Shipping 

Orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail First Class signed for (we know this can be a huge pain if you miss the post but we want to make sure that your gymnast's gorgeous leotard is safe and kept secure if you aren’t in).

Our standard delivery charge (taking up to 5 working days to arrive) for orders up to the value of £75.00 depends upon the weight of the parcel and is from £2.90.

Free standard UK delivery is offered for orders over the value of £75.00    

Next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm™ (Monday-Saturday) can be arranged from £7.49*

Prices to Europe from £7.95** for a tracked service; please note that actual shipping costs for overseas deliveries are calculated based on the total weight of your parcel at the checkout.

Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day and normally take up to 5 days for standard delivery. We ship each working day, but do not ship on Saturdays or  Sundays (sorry, but even Goddesses need a break from time to time), so orders placed after 3pm on a Friday* (pmpm for guaranteed Next Day Delivery) will not be shipped until the following Monday.

 * Orders for next day delivery must be completed on the website by 2pm the day before; orders placed on a Friday for next delivery will be from £11.95.

We operate on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that customers outside the UK are liable for any customs and import duties, clearance fees, local taxes levied or any other additional charges. These charges are to be paid by the addressee of the parcel, and are NOT the responsibility of Aretê Leotards. Customs policies vary widely around the world, it is therefore recommended that you check the requirements in your own country, prior to ordering.  Aretê Leotards Ltd cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty.  Furthermore, please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
